Andrew has helped hundreds of clients receive the best outcome in complex cases over the span of his career. He has a proven track record of success in a wide-range of U.S. immigration matters, both family- and employment-based, and other matters relevant to Filipino-American and other immigrants. Formerly an Associate Attorney for the Madrid Crost Law Group, he obtained his J.D. degree from the University of the Philippines. He is licensed as an Attorney in the State of New York, and in the Philippines.
Andrew is a member of professional organizations including the American Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, New York Bar Association, Integrated Bar of the Philippines, and the largest organization for Immigration lawyers in the United States the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). Through AILA, Andrew attends numerous conferences to learn innovative ways immigration cases are being defended in the United States.
Andrew founded the Firm in 2020 with the goal of building a truly great law firm to better serve the diverse U.S. immigration needs of people in Chicago and the surrounding region. As a commitment to this goal, he and his team continues to innovate and work tirelessly in improving the service and results they provide daily.
If Andrew is not working, he can be found traveling for food or art, biking along Lake Michigan’s shores, listening to a podcast, or maintaining high-mileage Toyotas.
